Dear Colleague,
The Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) group of the Young Academic Urologists (YAU) of the EAU is conducting a survey among European urologists, on the management of patients with benign prostatic obstruction (BPO) with a particular interest on the use of laser technologies.
Although different laser technologies and laser procedures have been introduced in the last decade for the management of BPO, the standard laser treatment for these patients is still to be defined.
The aim of our survey is to evaluate the different attitudes that urologists have on laser technologies for BPO treatment and the availability of different laser treatments across Europe.
We would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes of your time to answer our questionnaire.
The questionnaire was prepared by the YAU-BPH group, is anonymous and all the data will be collected and analysed exclusively for a scientific purpose. No financial or external interest is involved.
We appreciate your help and interest in our project.
Yours sincerely,
Members of the YAU-BPH Group: Cosimo De Nunzio (Chairman), Sascha Ahyai, Riccardo Autorino, Alexandre Bachmann, Alberto Briganti, Giacomo Novara, Roman Sosnowski and Nikesh Thiruchelvam
